Employees require from employers some main abilities that involve skills to be a good team worker, well-educated, well-organized, and a good communicator. One of them is to be a good team worker that demands complex skill. Although there are many work that do not require team worker skill. As a result some people prefer working independently to working group.
First of all, working team gives opportunities to make proper decisions that have lower opportunity costs than others, change ideas, become a good communicator, speaker, and listener, have ability to evaluate things, see differences between things by seeing all sides. It is exact way to approach right place, effective decision, and work beneficially.
Although, sometimes working independently is more effective than teamwork in some work that is not demand group discussion. Because of the huge decision making, teamwork costs much higher than working independently. Due to people in team cost so much time to combine ideas, working independently is better to do work.
In conclusion, abilities of teamwork and working independently are all together necessary. If we have them, we will do everything and our decision making will be the best solution to its ways.
